Revell 1/72 Australian Army MAN HX-81 tank transporter & Boxer IFV **first page** by Burak Özdil

 

Hello dear modeller,

Another interesting and master model of Burak Özdil.  Australian Army MAN HX-81 tank transporter & Boxer IFV.

This tractor is referred to as Australian Man HX-81 in most sources. Actually different from the original German HX-81. The wheels are smaller, the cup is different. Australian production. Tractor, conversion from Revell 3172 MAN truck kit. 

GTS-100 King trailer. Originally produced for the British M-1070F, the trailer was also sold other countries.  This trailer is modeled by YK3D Design as a 3D printer.

The Boxer kit was also released by Revell. Made some changes for the Australian army.

Trumpeter 1/72 Chtz S-65 tractor with mine roller by Cem Esen

 

Hello dear modeller,

Here is a model from the Cem Esen trend.

Dear Cem loves modifications, scratch-build additions on his models. In this model, the tracks was completely hand-made and a mine-roller was created with additions. 

Added in the reference photo of course..:)

The work is very beautiful, it is an original and masterful model, well done my friend ,

A S-65 tractor with a field modified mine roller. A boom was mounted off the front of the tractor with a hanging load of T-34 or BT tank road wheels which were dragged on the ground in front of the tractor to detonate land mines. Not sure if this was a Soviet or German modification.

The tracks on the left are from the kit, the right are the scratch-build tracks..

This vehicle is so big, Baran couldn't fit it in the frame in most of the photos :)

Recently, Russian tanks in Ukraine have been on the agenda. Kürşat modeled one of them.

"I wanted to make a model of one of the Russian tanks with Z written on it, Which we saw a lot in the Russia-Ukraine War, which started recently and is still ongoing. For this purpose, I used the T-90 kit produced by Revell. This kit is probably the worst kit I have encountered during the period I was modeling. I used Vallejo products to paint the vehicle green. I copied all of the Z letters I drew on the model by looking at different real references.
