 Description:Crew: 5, Capacity: 4 tons or 40 troops/infantryman, Weight: 16 ton, Length: 11.00m, Width: 3.30m, Height: 3.57m, Speed: 20kmph (land) and 8 knots (water), Range: ?, Engine: 6 cilinder air-cooled Diesel, Power: 120hp, Armament: 2x machine gun and two 450mm torpedoes, Armour: 10mm, About 49 vehicles are produced. One of these vehicles survives on USMC Camp Pendleton California.

Different from KA-MI or KA-CHI. The KA-TSU is not a tank but amphibious carrier of load or persoon. The engine component and electric devices of KA-TSU is watertight and it can be carried underwater by submarine.
